Bishop Guertin Knocked Out of N.H. Tourney in Overtime
Concord edged Bishop Guertin, 3-2, in overtime in a New Hampshire Division 1 boys hockey quarterfinal on Saturday night.
Bishop Guertin was leading 2-1 in the third period before Concord scored to force overtime.
The Wilkie brothers, Declan and Aidan, of Groton netted the Cardinal goals.
Derek Amaral and Mike Schaaf dished out 1 assist each.
BG goalie Chris Sullivan of Hudson, N.H. made 37 saves.
The Cardinals finished the season with an 11-8 record in New Hampshire.

Newton South 5
The Buccaneers were on the verge of staging a major upset, but top-seeded Newton South scored the final four goals of the game to overcome a 3-1 deficit in the second period.
Ninth-seeded Bedford (10-10-2) led 2-1 after one period and then added a third goal in the middle period before Newton South (14-2-5) rallied at O’Brien Rink in Woburn.
Bedford had advanced by beating Essex Tech in overtime, 4-3.
Third-seeded Lynn (13-4-4) skated past the Rams in a Division 3 North quarterfinal.
Sixth-seeded Shawsheen (9-8-5) defeated Swampscott in the first round, 5-3.
