Nashoba Field Hockey Team Stays Unbeaten

The Nashoba Regional field hockey team remained unbeaten with a 10-0 win over Fitchburg on Wednesday.

Nashoba improved to 6-0 on the season.

Natalie Brown had 3 goals, while Gigi Fay had 2. Freshman Brooke Basile had her first Varsity goal. Lauren Hill, Katie Conlin, Maggie Salmon and Jane Bonazzoli also scored.

Lunenburg (3-3-1) earned a big win over previously-undefeated Littleton.

Goalie Jenna Morse made 9 saves in the shutout. Amber Green scored the first Lunenburg goal, assisted by Emma Marinchez. Peyton Whitaker also scored.

Leah Sowerbutts played well in the victory.
