Aqueduct Bettor Earns $432,684

NEW YORK (AP) _ A bettor who had the only correct Pick Six ticket for Thursday’s feature race at Aqueduct won $432,684, the highest payoff of the New York racing season.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Philadelphia Park OTB facility.

Forgiving Monarch took the lead entering the stretch and won by nine lengths in the $46,000 allowance for fillies and mares 3 years old and up.

Fickle Fanny was second in the field of nine, four lengths ahead of Tobin’s Prospect.

Forgiving Monarch, assigned 113 pounds and ridden by Joe Bravo, won for the third time in nine starts this year. The 3-year-old daughter of Wavering Monarch earned $27,600 for Dana S. Bray Jr. and paid $13.20, $5 and $3.60.

Fickle Fanny paid $3.20 and $2.80, and Tobin’s Prospect paid $3.50 to show.
