MINNEAPOLIS — Former Sen. Al Franken is out with a new podcast in which he muses on the role that health care played in the midterm elections. The podcast comes just a few days after Franken posted a heartfelt Thanksgiving message on Facebook, musing about how much he misses “being in the fight every day.” Though Franken also said in that post he is “certainly not running for anything,” the moves suggest he may be entertaining a wish to set aside the low profile that followed his disgraced exit from the Senate.
