Patricia Avila, 42, was fined $200 on a charge of no operator’s license and no proof of insurance.

David P. Young II, 28, was sentenced to two days jail and fined $550 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Netherton, 31, was fined $399 on a charge of speeding and possession of marijuana.

Delmaria Bald Eagle, 32, was fined $200 on charges of no operator’s license and no proof of insurance.

Oct. 9

Patrick McGarry, 32, was sentenced to 70 days jail on charges of third-degree sexual assault without consent and assault causing bodily injury to a person.

Jesus Nevarez, 23, was sentenced to 7 days jail and fined $550 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Marco Escobedo-Vasquez, 29, was fined $449 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charges of second-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest against Justin R. Brown, 26, were dismissed.

Ray T. Ramirez, 50, was sentenced to 60 days jail, 6 months license revocation and fined $550 on charge of driving under the influence and obstructing a police officer.

Charges of disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and criminal mischief against James R. Gaudin, 59, were dismissed.

Nona R. Morales, 43, was sentenced to 14 days jail and fined $52 on a charge of theft by unlawful taking.

Jaysa Young, 19, was sentenced to three days jail and fined $249 on a charge of attempted third-degree domestic assault.

A charge of theft by shoplifting against Nicole Barnes, 38, was dismissed.

Brett S. Griner, 41, was sentenced to six months probation, 60 day license revocation and fined $823 on a charg e of driving under the influence.

Janelle L. Night Walker, 39, was sentenced to 12 days jail and fined $1,052 on two counts of second-degree forgery.

Oct. 11

Paul W. Wilson, 61, was sentenced to 6 months probation, 60 day license revocation and fined $855 on charges of driving under the influence.

Stanley Blanco Jr., 52, was sentenced to 150 days jail and fined $460 on charges of third-degree domestic assault, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and cruelly mistreating an animal.

William Siegel, 61, was sentenced to 5 days jail and fined $257.66 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 12

Dillon S. Thompson, 31, was fined $300 on a charge of assault.
