The NBA kicks off its summer league season Saturday with a trio of sites set to host sessions featuring young talent from around the league. Orlando is up first with nine teams participating in its weeklong grouping. The old Rocky Mountain Revue returns for the first time since 2008 under the new name of the Utah Jazz Summer League — an intimate affair with the Jazz and three other teams. Orlando Summer League
