Letter to the editor: Politicians deceptive on climate change
After reading your editorial “Pittsburgh shows leadership in climate of change” (Oct. 22, TribLIVE), I was left, again, with a great sense of sadness. It seems that most of our political leaders are deceptive when it to comes to pollution and the subsequent effects of climate change. This makes me question what their priorities are.
I am available for debate with anyone on this subject and would be happy to point out, scientifically, why politicians like former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg are actually contributing to pollution and contribute little or nothing to cleaning the environment.
