AP is moving election test reports for the November 6, (Colorado) general election starting on Monday, October 8:
Mondays from 1-3 p.m. EDT, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. MDT (two hours) and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11-3 p.m. EDT, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. MDT (four hours).
Last election test is on Monday, Nov. 5 from 11-3 p.m. EST, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. MST (four hours). No winners will be called during the last test.

— LOVELAND SNOWMAKING — With cold temperatures and some snow falling, Colorado’s Loveland Ski Area Snow is cranking up its snow machines to begin filling in its slopes in preparation for the upcoming ski season. KUSA-TV in Denver reports that officials with the ski resort say they began making snow on Mambo and Home Run early Monday morning.
— PITKIN VOTING — An issue over whether to allow short-term rentals in the small Colorado mountain town of Pitkin has ballooned into a debate about where people who own multiple homes in the state can vote. It all began with an April 2016 vote on local trustees held in the Gunnison County municipality of about 100 residents.
DENVER — Even though the season ended on a sour note, the Colorado Rockies made big strides in 2018. They went a step farther this season as they made the playoffs in back-to-back seasons for the first time in franchise history.
