LIBEREC, Czech Republic (AP) _ Finland's Janne Ahonen withstood fog, snow and shifting wind Saturday for his first World Cup ski jumping victory this season.

The difficult conditions caused the start to be postponed twice, and only one round was contested on the 120K hill.

Ahonen took the lead in the overall standings after a jump of 127 meters for 128.6 points. Austria's Thomas Morgenstern, last year's winner in Liberec, jumped 126 meters for 127.3 points.

Another Austrian, Martin Hoellwarth, was third, leaping 122.5 meters for 121.5 points. Double Olympic champion Simon Ammann of Switzerland was fourth.

Ahonen leads the standings with 558 points. He is two ahead of Norway's Sigurd Pettersen, who didn't compete Saturday. Hoellwarth is third at 417.
