BARBARA RACZOK, 65, of Buffalo, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on December 27, 2018. Barbara was born in Huntington, W.Va., to Lonnie and Georgia Neal. She will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend. Barbara was also a devoted wife who spent years caring for her husband, Harry, prior to his death. She will be sorely missed by all those whose lives she touched. Barbara held both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Education from Marshall University and was a devoted educator who was passionate about developing the abilities of each and every student. Survivors include her mother, Georgia Neal; sister, Trina Phillips; daughter, Jennifer (Joe) Bailey; and two grandchildren, Jonathan and Erin Bailey.
