OROVILLE, Calif. _ Water is expected to be released down Oroville Dam’s main spillway for the first time since it was reconstructed after breaking apart while carrying storm runoff two years ago. State officials also will conduct a measurement of the Sierra Nevada snowpack to determine the water supply outlook. SENT: 515 words. _ TEENAGERS ELECTROCUTION _ Authorities in Northern California say two teenage boys were electrocuted while trying to rescue a dog from an irrigation canal at an orchard.
