The Department of Health and Human Services gives tips on how to avoid holiday stress

LINCOLN - With the holiday season in full swing and Christmas a week away, many Nebraskans will be busy in the coming days checking last minute holiday tasks off their lists’.

With that in mind, Administrator Brenda Moes with the Office of Consumer Affairs recommends being realistic with your schedule and not spreading yourself too thin.

Moes says regulating your schedule will not only save you time and energy, but also help keep you stress levels down during what’s supposed to be a festive time.
