Houser: Goaltender of Year

Cincinnati’s Michael Houser, who played for the Komets in 2017-18, was selected the ECHL’s Goaltender of the Year. 

He was 29-7-5 with two shutouts in 41 appearances for the Cyclones, tying for the league lead in victories. He finished second in the ECHL with a 2.13 goals-against average and was fourth with a .922 save percentage.

Idaho’s Tomas Sholl was second. Atlanta’s Sean Bonar, another former Komets player, was third.
