March 21

Police investigated a vandalism in the 400 block of K Street.

Police investigated a report of theft from a residence in the 1300 block of S Street.

March 23

Police responded to a residence in the 700 block of K Street in reference to a disturbance. Nicholas Garcia, 9-91, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and strangulation.

Police conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Tenth Street. Spencer Ebel, driver, was cited on a charge of no operator’s license. Two passengers, Dennis Nab and Amber Steidley, were arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 24

Emily Retchless was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence in the area of 13th Street and O Street.

Police investigated an open ended 911 call in the area of Seventh Street and I Street. Kyra Hernandez, 28, was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic assault and interfering with a public service company.

March 26

Police took a report of a person using stolen checks at a gas station in the 600 block of Kimball Avenue. Investigation was ongoing as of the date of the report.

In the 400 block of M Street, Fernando Camacho-McBride was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and possession of an open container.

March 29

10:57 a.m. — Police investigated a report of shoplifting at Fresh Foods. April Lucke, 31, was cited on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

March 30

11:43 p.m. — Gilbert Makinster was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct in the 400 block of M Street.

March 31

Joaquin Flores was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence in the area of Tenth Street and Country Club Road. April 2

Michael Ockinga, 50, was cited on charges of fictitious plates, no valid registration and no proof of insurance.

Police investigated a protection order violation in 2800 block of Langley Avenue. The report was forwarded to the county prosecutor.

March 27

Elizabeth F. Janis, 27, was sentenced to 90 days jail and fined $125 on charges of driving under suspension and three counts of failure to use child passenger restraint.

Elizabeth F. Janis, 28, was fined $550 on a charge of theft.

Fernando A. McBride, 22, was sentenced to 15 days jail and fined $100 on a charge of disturbing the peace and possession of an open alcohol container.

Fernando McBride, alias Fernando Camacho, 22, was sentenced to 45 days jail and fined $450 on charges of theft by shoplifting, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Domingo Gurrola, 56, was fined $299 on charges of leaving the scene of an accident - failure to furnish info.

Domingo Gomez III, 36, was fined $570 on two counts of failing to appear.

April Quintana, 20, was sentenced to one year license revocation and fined $150 on charges of driving under suspension.

March 28

Benjamin Franklin, 21, was sentenced to 30 days jail and fined $50 on a charge of obstruction of a police officer.

Manuel J. Hernandez, 48, was sentenced to six months probation, 60 days license revocation and fined $930 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Ernestine Gonzales-Ponce, 64, was fined $154 on two counts of cruelty to animals.

Augustina Mendoza, 39, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Elizabeth F. Janis, 28, was sentenced to one year license revocation, 90 days license revocation and fined $602 on a charge of driving under suspension and possession of an open container.

Quentin Biery, 20, was fined $400 on a charge of minor in possession.

Dennis M. Nab, 53, was fined $149 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 29

Daisy Rodriguez, 52, was fined $449 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrew Brannan, 18, was fined $250 on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Daniel D. Hubbard Jr., 17, was fined $449 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernlia.

Kelli Thomas-Richter, 48, was fined $152 on charges of theft by shoplifting.

Mark W. Fields, 48, was fined $449 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Victoria Stands, 34, was fined $149 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Devontae K. Gutierrez, 18, was fined $200 on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident-fail to furnish information.

Alyssa Betzold, 18, was fined $100 on charges of disorderly conduct.
