Vermont US attorney’s office to get 3 new prosecutors
BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) — The Vermont office of the United States Attorney is getting three additional prosecutors.
The three additional prosecutors in Vermont will focus on violent crime, civil enforcement and immigration crimes.
The Vermont prosecutors are part of a national plan by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions to allocate 311 new assistant United States attorneys across the country to focus on the three areas.
Vermont U.S. Attorney Christina Nolan says her office will make immediate use of the three new prosecutors.
