O’Malley hopes to bring ‘common sense’ to 101st
Jack O’Malley said that only a few things have slowed him down as he continues his campaign for the Michigan State House’s 101st District.
Those would be a set of tires, a water pump and brakes on his vehicle.
“Really, that is the only thing that’s slowed me down,” he said recently.
The Republican from Lake Ann is pursuing a seat that is being vacated by Curt VanderWall, R-Ludington, after one term. VanderWall is running for the State Senate’s 35th District. O’Malley is being opposed by Democrat Kathy Wiecajzka of Empire in the Nov. 6 general election.
O’Malley said his campaign has gone well, and he’s developed a fairly simple agenda.
