ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) _ CrossAmerica Partners LP (CAPL) on Monday reported a loss of $6.9 million in its second quarter.

The Allentown, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 21 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to 1 cent per share.

The wholesale fuels distributor posted revenue of $673.3 million in the period, surpassing Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $667.5 million.

CrossAmerica shares have decreased 26 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $17.50, a decrease of 33 percent in the last 12 months.
