Richards has informed the Board of Directors he intends to retire effective January 15, 2019, after more than five years leading the company.

Mr. Richards, 56, will remain with Mood Media as a Director Emeritus and Strategic Advisor to the Company and will be pursuing external opportunities to serve as a board member or operating partner with enterprises that can benefit from his transformational skills and experience. The Company’s board has initiated an internal review and external search for a replacement and expects to announce a successor shortly.
