Raleigh man charged in crime spree
A Raleigh man faces several charges in connection with a crime spree last week.
Ramadhan Jaabir Justice, 24, of 4705 Bayridge Crossing, was charged over the weekend with robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, communicating threats, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen firearm and two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon. He remains in the Wake County jail under $402,000 secured bond.
According to arrest warrants, Justice robbed the Fiddle Stix convenience store at 4413 Capital Blvd. on March 6, stealing cash and two cellphones. Two days later, he threatened a woman with a gun and stole her 2013 Nissan Altima. On Saturday, when he was arrested, police determined the Beretta 9mm handgun he was using had been stolen, warrants state.
Justice was released from prison at the end of November after serving more than two years for assault inflicting serious bodily injury, according to state Department of Public Safety records.
