LINCOLN _ Two months after President Donald Trump signed a law to legalize hemp, Nebraska lawmakers and state agency officials are working together to let farmers get a piece of the action. The Legislature’s Agriculture Committee will hear public input Tuesday on a bill that would open the market in Nebraska after years of resistance from state officials who once opposed it.
