ASSAULT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLHEAD CITY — Robert Donald Feil, 63, was arrested about 2:50 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 2100 block of Highway 95 on suspicion of assault, domestic violence and disorderly conduct, domestic violence. Feil came to Feil’s Jewelers to get some property he wanted from his sister, said Emily Fromelt, department spokeswoman. Feil reportedly became disruptive and pushed a male victim, who is his brother-in-law. Feil was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL, CRIMINAL DAMAGE, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — About 9:40 p.m. Aug. 13, police arrested a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of underage consumption of alcohol, criminal damage, domestic violence and disorderly conduct, domestic violence. Police were called to the 1700 block of Arrowhead Drive for reports of a disorderly person, said Emily Fromelt, department spokeswoman. It was reported that the boy got into an argument with his father and some items were broken during the family disturbance. The boy was booked into the Juvenile Detention Facility in Kingman.
MISDEMEANOR WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Maria Elena Garcia, 73, was arrested Aug. 14 in the 1800 block of Diamond Drive because of an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. She was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Anthony Thomas Salazar, 21, was arrested Aug. 14 in the 1300 block of Navajo Drive. Police said they contacted Salazar in connection with a suspicious activity report and saw marijuana paraphernalia. They also located a spoon with methamphetamine residue. He was arrested on suspicion of two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION VIOLATION, BULLHEAD CITY — Timothy Lee Presnell, 59, was arrested in the 600 block of Highway 95 for registration violation. Police contacted suspicious people sleeping in a van in a business parking lot. One of them, Presnell, initially gave police a false name but his true identity was ultimately determined as someone who must register as a sex offender. He had failed to update his driver license as required. Presnell was arrested on suspicion of a sex offender registration violation and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
