Undated (AP) _ Scorned Lass, ridden by Richard Migliore, raced to a two-length victory in the $55,000 Chain Bracelet Handicap for fillies and mares 3-years-old and up at Aqueduct Thursday.

Key to the Bridge, with Eddie Maple up, led into the stretch and held on to finish second, 1 3/4 lengths ahead of Mlle. Lyphard, ridden by David Neusch.

Scorned Las covered 1 1/4 mile on the fast track in 2:05 2-5 to record her second victory in four starts this year. She earned $33,000 for Glenn S. Bromagen and returned $7.40, $4.80 and $3.80 as the second choice in the nine- horse field.

Key to the Bridge paid $7.20 and $5.20, while Mlle. Lyphard returned $8.20 to show.

Always Beautiful rallied to win a three-horse photo finish in the ninth race at Calder.

Ridden by Michal Torso, Always Beautiful finished a nose in front of Tokyo Stutz, who was a head in front of Strictly. Broadway Glamour, the 9-5 favorite, faded to fourth in the last sixteenth of a mile.

The winner ran a mile and 70 yards in 1:49 and paid $13, $4.20 and $4.20. Tokyo Stutz paid $4.60 and $3.20, while Strictly paid $4 to show.


Heavily favored Queen Alexandra took command at the top of the stretch and coasted to a four-length triumph in the $22,000 allowance feature at Oaklawn Park.

The winner was ridden by Don Brumfield and paid $2.60, $2.20 and $2.20 after covering the 1 1-16 miles in 1:43 3-5.

Reef of Gold finished second under John Lively and returned $4.20 and $2.60 while Concentricity, 1 1/2 lengths back in third with Dan Delahoussaye aboard, was worth $3.40 to show.
