Pebblebrook Hotel Trust Declares Prorated Dividend for Fourth Quarter 2018
BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 19, 2018--Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB) (the “Company”) today announced that in anticipation of its pending merger with LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO) (“LaSalle”), its Board of Trustees has authorized, and the Company has declared, a prorated cash dividend of $0.2478261 per common share of beneficial interest, to be paid on January 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of November 29, 2018 (the “Record Date”).
