Nov. 19

Rosa Gonzalez, 22, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $50 on a charge of assault by mutual consent.

Baltazar Montelongo, 41, was sentenced to 65 days in jail, one year license revocation and fined $1,213.73 on a charge of driving under the influence (BAC over .15) and transporting a child while intoxicated.

Silverio Valles-Fernandez, 53, was fined $149 on a charge of careless driving.

Luis Ordonez, 26, was sentenced to nine months probation, 60 days license revocation and fined $975 on a charge of driving under the influence and possession of an open alcohol container.

Carrie Ann Herman, 44, was sentenced nine months probation, 60 days driver’s license revocation and fined $875 on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Nov. 28

Mario Plenty Arrows, 47, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $50 on a charge of theft by taking.

Gerardo Sierra Jr., 25, was sentenced to nine months probation

Dakota Abel, 24, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $449 on a charge of assault by mutual consent.

Robert Wynne, 28, was fined $100 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Lindsey Konrad, 27, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Brianna R. Novotny, 28, was sentenced to one year license revocation and fined $50 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Nov. 30

Ramon Martinez, 72, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Scottsbluff Police Department

Nov. 29

10:07 a.m. — In the 900 block of West 27th Street, police received a report of shoplifting from Dollar General. Citations were issued to Patrick McGarry and Melissa Walter for shoplifting. Police arrested Walter on a Knox County, Nebraska, warrant.

12:51 p.m. — In the 1800 block of West 27th Street, an officer observed a vehicle traveling westbound on city route road and initiated a traffic stop after witnessing violations. Longino Rangel, 30, was arrested for a felony warrant out of Wyoming and on charges of false reporting and possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine. The driver, Melissa Reed, 41, was issued a warning citation and arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled substance w/ intent to deliver (methamphetamine).

6:01 p.m. — Officers received a report of a female with a warrant for her arrest at Walmart. Officers made contact with Mariha Munoz, 23, and she was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

8:33 p.m. — In the 200 block of East 15th Street, Scottsbluff Police made contact with Eric Woods, 20. After obtaining medical clearance from RWMC, Woods was arrested on an outstanding Scotts Bluff County warrant.

Nov. 30

1:15 a.m. — At the intersection of South Beltline Highway and 21st Avenue, officers conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Arthur Ramirez, 51, allegedly showed numerous indicators of being under the influence of alcohol and was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.

9:45 p.m. — In the 900 block of East 14th Street, officers received a call for service. Upon arrival, officers reported detecting the smell of burning marijuana. Hollie Boyer, 31, and Benny Lile, 76, were cited for possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia.
