Texas trial lawyer Rusty Hardin has named Jennifer Brevorka, Lara Hollingsworth and Megan Moore as partners at Rusty Hardin & Associates, the civil and criminal litigation firm he founded 22 years ago. Brevorka handles both civil and criminal matters. Hollingsworth focuses primarily on appellate work. Moore is a commercial litigator representing clients in business and employment disputes.
Herve Wilczynski has joined Accenture in Houston as managing director. He will lead the North America upstream practice in Accenture’s Resources Operating Group.

Todd Haines has been appointed chief financial officer of Patrinely Group, a national real estate development firm specializing in investment, development and management of commercial office and residential projects.
Tommy Harris has been named president of Insgroup’s employee benefits consulting practice. Harris joins Insgroup following the company’s acquisition of Fred Brown & Cos.
Ray Kwan has joined Amegy Bank as vice president in the company’s private banking group. His primary focus will be on growing AmegyMED, a division that provides specialty banking for physicians.

The company has hired David Hunn as a senior project manager for water and wastewater treatment projects based in the Pearland office; Carlos Quintero, an expert in large-diameter pipelines, as a senior project manager in the Houston office; and Dustin Pope as a project manager in the Houston office. Additionally, Jason Ward has been designated as transmission discipline leader in the Houston office. Earlier this year, Murali Erat was named an associate in the Pearland office.
