Boston airport bracing for parking crunch
BOSTON (AP) — Official at Logan International Airport are offering discounts on off-site parking as they anticipate jammed garages for April vacation week.
The Massachusetts Port Authority said the steep discounts on its Logan Express service aim to reduce airport trips during what’s traditionally the busiest parking week of the year.
Massport’s Director of Aviation, Edward Freni, said things look to be so tight at the airport this year that promoting increased use of offsite parking is an absolute must.
Besides the discounts on Logan Express, Massport is also offering the service free to children under 17 when accompanied by an adult.
