Thirteen jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE – Thirteen people have been jailed on felony charges since Friday afternoon, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Gregory Thomas Bowen, 49, was jailed at 10:20 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with failure to pay child support. Bond was not set.

Jason Howard Chinn, 42, was jailed at 12 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession/distributing porn to minors. Bond was $200,000 cash-only.

Tammy Sue Cooper, 57, was jailed at 9:20 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with third-offense shoplifting. Bond was not set.

Arnie James Painter, 27, was jailed at 5:45 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession of a controlled substance, second-offense DUI and third-offense DUI. Bond was $34,000.

Amanda Dawn Whitt, 39, was jailed at 7:25 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with second-degree robbery. Bond was not set.

Deon Shamar Cunningham, 20, was jailed at 1 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County jailed him on an active warrant. Bond was not set.

Glenn Shelton Graham, 42, was jailed at 7:15 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with malicious assault and domestic battery. Bond was not set.

Mark Allen Anthony Smith Jr., 40, was jailed at 2 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County jailed him on an active warrant. Bond was not set.

Castina Marie Clark, 37, was jailed at 6:05 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Mason County charged her with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.

Travis Dyllan Clark, 30, was jailed at 7 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with possession of a controlled substance. Bond was not set.

Jeremy Burton Haybron, 31, was jailed at 4:45 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bond was not set.
