Anntoinette Elmhorst, 59, of Pontiac, passed away Tuesday (May 14, 2019) surrounded by her family.
She was born Sept. 21, 1959, the daughter of Larry and Rita (Norton) Langlois, in Kankakee. Anntoinette married Mike Elmhorst in 1987.
Anntoinette enjoyed playing bingo, cards and board games. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandkids. She loved her dog, Dexter, and was an Elvis fanatic.
Surviving are one son, Larry Ketcherside, of Herscher; one daughter, Reta (Josh) Smolkovich, of Bonfield; two sisters, Theresa Sample, of Bradley, and Mary Ann (Thomas) Anderson, of Limestone; five brothers, Ronald (Karen Rush) Langlois, of Florida, Jim Langlois, of Florida, David (Sabrina) Langlois, of Bourbonnais, Bobby Langlois, of Florida, and Steve Langlois, of Bourbonnais; one sister-in-law, Penny Kline, of Utah; one brother-in-law, Joseph Elmhorst, of California; six grandchildren, Aurora, Kaylee, Frankie, Vinny, Colton and Ava; one great-granddaughter, Adalynn; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were a son, Mikey Elmhorst; her parents; and her brother, Michael Langlois.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, May 17, at Schreffler Funeral Homes, Kankakee Chapel.
