Greenwich woman charged with narcotics sale
GREENWICH — A 33-year-old Greenwich is facing multiple criminal charges following her arrest for allegedly selling prescription pills.
According to the arrest report, Helen Deluna, of Edgewood Avenue, was the subject of an investigation by police after they received information she was dealing pills “to numerous people in the town of Greenwich.”
A police detective made contact, according to the arrest narrative, “and negotiated a transaction in which the accused sold an undercover officer prescription pills.” Police said they found a number of other pills in Deluna’s possession following her apprehension last week.
She was charged sale of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell. Deluna was released without bail.
